*Warm smoked Mackerel and potato salad, pickled samphire, beetroot, horseradish drizzle, penny worth and lamb’s lettuce.                                                 

*Crispy parcel of French brie, sweet onion & dried fig marmalade, mesclun salad.            

*Soba noodles with toasted sesame oil, slow roasted duck, star anise.    

*Asparagus, wild leek and courgette Soup    

*Steamed mussels, white wine, wild leeks, cream and sobrassada.                                            

Mains                

*Grilled fillet of red Mullet, tapenade, wild garlic pesto, yellow courgette and red pepper. 

*Pan fried fresh Ling with pancetta, buttered Puy lentils, baby leek and flat parsley.

*Pan fried fillet of Hake, aubergine caviar, crispy garlic flakes, roast cherry tomatoes and courgettes.   

*Pan fried Chicken supreme, stem broccoli, elderberry sauce,roast beetroot, toasted pumpkin seed.   

*Wild Rabbit Casserole, slow cooked in Kinsale pale ale,root vegetables, radish, Nudja, mushrooms and lovage.
