Starter

Spider Crab timbale with lemon balm, picked samphire, grapefruit, lamb’s lettuce, chive and olive oil dressing. (limited)    €12.00

Local oysters served cold on half shell, shallot vinegar. €11 1/2 dozen

Seared Scallops, sweetcorn and shallot fricassee,truffle oil sherry glaze, penne pasta.      €13.50

Mains

Grilled fillet of Sea Bass, yellow carrot puree, toasted pumpkin seeds, broad beans, passion fruit and carrot jus.  €26.00

Pan fried Monkfish, chorizo crumb, roast butternut squash, sorrel pesto, mange tout.  €26.00

Grilled fresh local Lobster, garden herb butter, mixed local leaves. €35-€40 approx
