*Soup:  Max’s fresh homemade soup of the day.  

*Indonesian style chicken wing, pickled cucumber.

*Crispy parcel of French brie, sweet onion & dried fig marmalade, mesclun salad 


*Pan fried Thornback Ray Wingmatelote style’, baby leeks, streaky bacon,button mushroom, baby onions and red wine sauce.  

*Pan fried fillet of Cod, aubergine caviar, crispy garlic flakes,roast cherry tomatoes and courgettes. 

Roast rack of smoked Irish Pork, beetroot, caramelised shallots, sherry cream sauce, shitake and wilted cabbage.
