Roast pepper, basil, goat’s cheese and tapenade,/petit farci provenceaux (courgette stuffed with veal and herbs)/pissaladierè (onion and black olive tart)

Bouillabaisse (Kinsale ingredients!!) Fish stew with saffron, garlic, vegetable, prawn and mussels, served with crouton and rouille.
Daube de boeuf.Classic beef casserole with white wine, lardon, olive and vegetables.

Pork san choy bau./Vietnamese lemongrass & beef noodle salad,/Nem nan, (north Vietnamese spring roll)
